Rosemary Pari-Bessette

Rosemary Pari-Bessette, 80, passed away October 21, 2024. Born in Providence a daughter of the late Lawrence and Rose (D’Agnenica) D’Alfonso; Wife of the late Raymond Bessette, Jr., and the late Angelo Pari Jr.; Mother of Jill Pari and Angelo Pari, III and his wife Jeanine and the late Robin M. Pari; Grandmother of Kevin Pari and his wife Jessica, Ethan Conners and Morgan Pari and Sister of Linda Isherwood, Lawrence D’Alfonso and Benedetto D’Alfonso.

Rosemary was a housewife raising her family in North Providence Rhode Island. She relocated to North Dakota in 1993 where she was employed by Heart of America Medical Center as a receptionist for twenty years. She returned to Rhode Island to enjoy her retirement in 2015.

Rosemary was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Known as Grandma Rose and Rosie.

Rosemary celebrated over forty years of sobriety. Her commitment showed great strength and perseverance.

Rosemary enjoyed cooking for her family from her award winning meatballs and macaroni to her lavish Thanksgiving meals and delicious desserts. Wearing her signature apron and smile.

Rosemary loved music, shopping, movies, singing and The New York Yankees. She treasured her friends and family the most. She will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her.

Relatives and Friends are invited to attend Visitation and Funeral Services on Saturday at 9:30 AM followed by a service at 10:30 AM in the Pontarelli-Marino Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence.

Entombment will follow in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston.
