Russell E. DiMeo, 81, passed away August 27, 2015. Son of the late Peter and Dorothy (Johnson) DiMeo; husband of Phyllis (D’Andreta) DiMeo; father of Anthony E. DiMeo and Maria D. Barnes and her husband Darren; papa of Jaylen and Jayce; and brother of the late Donald DiMeo.
Visitation Monday, 5-7 p.m. with a funeral on Tuesday at 8 a.m. from the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 a.m. in Church of the Presentation of the B.V.M, 1081 Mineral Spring Avenue, North Providence. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Home & Hospice Care of RI, 1085 North Main Street, Providence, RI 02904.
