

Amalfetano, Victoria M. (Sibella) age 77, passed away peacefully on May 13, 2010 surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Frank Amalfetano. Born in Rota D'Imagna, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Francesco and Anna(Sibella) Sibella. Vickie came to the United States with her mother and sister in 1941. She was a graduate of Cranston High School. She was a communicant of St. Catherine Church. In addition to being a homemaker, Vickie assisted her husband in running their family-owned business, Jennie's Dairy Freeze for over 50 years. She enjoyed gardening and traveling. Besides her husband of over 55 years, she is survived by her children, Sandra Magner and husband Daniel of West Warwick, Anthony Amalfetano and wife Louise of Warwick, Robert Amalfetano and wife Tracy of Coventry,and Theresa Bucci and husband Joseph of Warwick. Vickie was the grandmother of Lori Mattiace, Keri Johnson, Sarah, Nicholas, Christopher, Nathan and Matthew Amalfetano, Anthony and Victoria Bucci. She was the sister of Frank Sibella of Somers CT and the late William Sibella and Eugenia Matrullo. Her funeral will be held on MONDAY at 8am from The RUSSELL J. BOYLE & SON Funeral Home 142 Centerville Rd., WARWICK, with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Catherine Church, Post Rd. at 9am, Interment will follow in St. Ann Cemetery.
