Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Frank and Carmella (Ravo) DiMaio.
Vincent worked as a bartender for Vic’s Tap for many years. He also worked for Patriarca Vending.
He was the father of Deborah Prata of Florida, Carol Fonseca of Providence and Anna Marie DiMaio of Johnston; grandfather of 6; great grandfather of 7 and brother of Frank DiMaio, Jr. and the late Robert DiMaio.
His funeral with visitation will be held Monday at 8:30 am from the ROMANO FUNERAL HOME, 627 Union Avenue, Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in Holy Ghost Church, 1 Knight Street, Providence. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. www.romanofuneralhome.com.
