Rogers, Wayne R. Born November 10, 1960 and he was called home June 7, 2009. He was a resident of Providence and Pawtucket. He served in the Marine Corps for several years. He was a Supervisor at the VA for many years. Wayne was the son of Anna Rogers and the late Robert Rogers of Providence. He leaves behind his companion Linette Anderson of Pawtucket, 3 sons Wayne Jr, Noel, Dominique and 1 daughter Alyssa, and 3 step children. He also leaves behind 1 brother Robert Rogers Jr., 3 sisters Rosemarie McCollum, Lorey-Ann Rogers and Diann Wilson all of Providence also 3 brother-in-laws and many Aunts, uncles, cousins, Nieces, Nephews and Friends. A funeral service will be held on Friday, at 9:30am in The RUSSELL J. BOYLE & SON Funeral Home 331 Smith St., Providence, Burial will be private. Visiting hours Thursday from 4 to 8pm.
