Cheri Renee Baker

Cheri loved being a wife and mom above all else. She raised her children to be spirited, sensitive, and independent, and like her, able to think for themselves and speak their minds. Cheri was a cowgirl at heart, with the soul of an artist. Cheri had a special connection with nature and all animals, especially her horses and fur babies, Handsome and Luna.

Cheri is survived by her loving husband, Mark; children, Samantha, Hannah, and Michael as well as bonus sons, Gunnar and Kane; parents; Jerry and Josephine McClure, Patricia and Michael Bouchard; in-laws, Michael and Margaret Baker; grandparents, Rose (Dennis) Kotke; siblings, Sabina Runnells, Michael J. (Amy Van Tine) Bouchard, Eric B. (Shawna) Bouchard; brothers-in-law Erik (Judy Cooper) and Adam (Emily Magnuson) Baker; numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Cheri was preceded in death by grandparents, Milo and Vivian McClure, Odis L. Davis, and sister, Wendy N. Bouchard.

A special thank you to Erik and Adam Baker, and friend Brianna who provided much love and support during her battle with cancer.

Thank you also to staff at Sangre De Cristo Hospice, Cancer Treatment Centers of America (City of Hope) in Arizona for all of the support, care, and help to Cheri and her family during this trying time.

Celebration of Life will be held June 13 at 11:00 AM at 4 Bar S Gathering, 6675 Highway 78 W., in Pueblo, Colorado, 81005, with reception to follow.
