Consuelo (Connie) Hernandez, 88, of Pueblo, Colorado passed away August 1, 2016. Preceded in death by brothers John, David, and Phillip (Ruth) Sanchez. She is survived by Sister Mary Ann Salazar; sister-in-law Laura Sanchez, children Anna (Nick) Segura, Diana Gutierrez, and Danny Hernandez; and nieces and nephews. Connie was known as “The Hugger”. She enjoyed going to the movies, Cripple Creek, dancing, traveling, and singing in the church choir at the Cathedral. The family would like to thank University Park Care Center, and the Autumn Care Unit for the wonderful care she received for the past eight years. The family will be having a private burial.
