David L. Jobe, 58, passed away November 2, 2010. He was preceded in death by his mother, Connie; uncle, John; aunts, Shirley and Magdalen. David is survived by his wife of 33 years, Nancy Welch; son, Andrew Jobe; aunt, Mary Hernandez; uncle, Frank Hernandez; special niece, Michelle Scott; special nephews, Coben and Ryley Scott; also survived by in-laws, Ernest and Barbara Welch. David loved his dogs and his kids. He is also survived by his dog, “Zoey.” He was a member of the Eternal Order of Eagles Aerie 145. David was a friendly face who knew no stranger. Viewing will be 3 – 5 p.m., Sunday, at T. G. McCarthy Funeral Home. Rosary will be 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, November 9, 2010, followed by the Funeral Mass at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Roselawn Cemetery. Donations may be made in David’s memory to the University of Colorado Transplant Department in Aurora or to PAWS Animal Shelter through the funeral home office. Arrangements by T. G.
