James “Jim” Emmett Powers, 81, born December 31, 1932 in Model, CO went to be with the Lord on April 24, 2014. James was preceded in death by his parents; 5 brothers; 2 sisters and son in-law, Dallas Mills. He will be greatly missed by his loving wife Lois of 59 years; his daughters, Judy (Patrick) White of Broomfield, Co., Norma Mills of Ferndale, WA., Bonnie (Desi) Gonzales, of Pueblo, Co; 5 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 1 brother and 1 sister. James retired from CF&I and was a Deacon of the Baptist Church and served the Lord with grace.Viewing, Monday, 2-6pm at the funeral home.
