James Francisco Muñoz born October 27, 1948 passed away December 12, 2023. Jim was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Carlotta Muñoz. Left to survive his memory are his siblings Joseph and JoEllen Muñoz, Paul and JoAnn Muñoz and Carol J. García.
Jim was a 1966 Central High School graduate and graduated from USC Pueblo.
Jim was an Army Veteran and he fought in the Vietnam conflict.
After graduation from college, Jim was employed as an Auditor for the State of Colorado based in Denver. Upon Retirement, Jim enjoyed playing golf and shooting pool. He also was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles.
Jim’s last days were spent fighting Cancer which ultimately took his life.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2pm on Friday, December 22nd at T.G. McCarthy Funeral Home.
