July 12, 1957- June 20th, 2024

JoAnne Brown lived a life filled with love, laughter, and selflessness. She was not only a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, but also a cherished friend to many in the community. JoAnne's passing on June 20th, 2024 leaves a void in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.

She was a beacon of strength and support, always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. Her kindness and generosity touched the lives of many, and her memory will forever be a source of inspiration.

JoAnne is preceded in death by her parents, brother and three sisters. She is survived by her daughter Mary Jo Whitehill (Lynsey), her son John Brown, her grandchildren Christopher Garnhart (Jillian), Sabrina Scarbrough (Jeremy), and Sean "Bubba" Garnhart, and her great-grandchildren Johanna, Ophelia, and Elijah.

Each of them carries a piece of JoAnne's spirit within them, a reminder of her unwavering love and compassion.

In celebration of JoAnne's life, a memorial service will be held on Friday June 28, 2024 at 11 AM, Imperial Funeral Home Chapel, 5450 Highway 78 West Pueblo, Co 81005.

Rather than mourn her passing, let us come together to honor the legacy of a remarkable woman who touched the lives of so many. JoAnne's memory will live on in the stories shared, the laughter echoed, and the love shared among those who were lucky enough to know her. Though JoAnne may no longer be with us in person, her spirit will forever shine bright in the hearts of all who were blessed to have known her. May we celebrate JoAnne's life with joy, gratitude, and fond memories of the beautiful soul she was.

Rest in peace, dear JoAnne. Your light will never dim.
