John Carrillo, 92, passed away February 17, 2012. He was preceded in death by his wife, Naomi; siblings, Manuel Carrillo, Jr., Jess Carrillo and Conception De Leon; parents, Manuel and Adelaida Carrillo. He is survived by his daughter, Priscilla (Bob) Smith; grandson, Rob Smith. John was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in World War II. John was a very talented wood worker. He was also a great saxophone player in various bands his entire life. Viewing will be 5-8 p.m., Wednesday, at T.G. McCarthy Funeral Home. Rosary will be 10 a.m., Thursday, February 23, 2012, followed by the Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m., both to be held at Christ the King Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery.
