Jose M. Espinoza, 87, affectionately known as “Indio” went to be with the Lord on October 27, 2013. Survived by his children, Eugene, Marcelline (Zeke), Laurine (Louie) and Ralph; he raised two grandsons, Mike (Andrea) and Clint; great-grandson, Clintie; brother, Valentine; sisters, Irene, Georgina and Edith and special companion “Baby”. Also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and an abundance of friends. Preceded in death by his loving wife of 53 years, Berlina; son, Kenneth; grandson, Carlos; and his parents and other siblings. He was trained at Camp Pendleton, CA then went on to serve during WWII in the Marine Corp from 1944-1946. He was in combat in Okinawa, Ryukyu Island, Saipan, Tinian and participated in the Occupation of Japan. He was very proud for serving our country and being a Marine. He then worked and retired from CF&I Steel Mill. He enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman. His love was unconditional and he will be dearly missed.
