Kimberly M. Speaker

God called another angel home this week. Kimberly Michelle Young, 51, was born in Hereford Texas on October 22, 1964. She passed away on March 15. 2016. Preceded in death by her grandparents, Andy and Gertrude Anderson and Louie and Anna Kovacs. Also preceded by her mother, Shirley Kovacs and father, John Kovacs. Kimmi is survived by her daughters, Lela Kovacs, Heather Lowery (Brett Thompson), Amanda (John) Wendelken, Kristain Young, Allyson Young (Kyle Knudsen) and her dear boyfriend Chris Sandoval. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Danny Kovacs, Valencia Lowery, Rhonda Young and Kadence Young. Kimmi was a kind, sweet soul that would do anything for anyone. She loved the Dallas Cowboys. cooking, and making crocheted items for her grandchildren. She was very talented in sewing, making jewelry, and she specialized in decorating cakes for every occasion. Her talents were never ending, and she could do anything she put her mind to. Kimmi made friends wherever she went and was loved by many. She will be missed by all. There will be a Celebration of Life and potluck on Monday, March 21, 2016 at Mineral Palace Park in Pueblo. Please join the family and celebrate Kimmi’s life.
