

Born in Sheridan, Wyoming, on December 9, 1925, Louise was the daughter of Charles “Shorty” Cloutman and Gracie Cloutman. She married the love of her life, Leonard Webb, on June 11, 1944, in Las Animas, Colorado.
Louise built a respected career as an Installment Loan Officer at First National Bank in Pueblo, Colorado. Beyond her professional achievements, she was an accomplished artist, earning multiple “Best of Show” awards at the Colorado State Fair. Her creativity also found expression in her love of poetry, and she could often recite beloved verses from her childhood. Her life was a testament to grace, generosity, and the enduring goodness of the Lord.
Louise was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Gracie Cloutman, and her brothers, William and Richard Cloutman. She is survived by her children, Sharron (Lynn) Metz and Curt (Barb) Webb, along with numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one cherished great-great-granddaughter. She also leaves behind many beloved nieces and nephews.
Services: A viewing will be held on May 1st from 12:00–2:00 PM at First Church of the Nazarene with the funeral service to begin at 2:00 PM. Followed by interment at Imperial Memorial Gardens and a reception at Imperial Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Sangre de Cristo Hospice in Cañon City, Colorado, in honor of Louise’s memory
