Manuel T. Miera Jr., age 55, passed away February 1, 2024 at Parkview Hospital. He was born in Pueblo to Manuel Miera Sr. and Esther Ybarra. Manuel worked as a cook at several restaurants, but was a cook at The Gold Dust for most of his life. He enjoyed playing video games, and cooking for his family and friends.
Manuel Jr. was preceded in passing by his grandparents Louis and Nillie Miera, his aunt Theresa, and cousin Anthony.
His is survived by his father Manuel Miera Sr., his mother Esther Ybarra (Mike), his siblings Jacob and Loural Miera, Paul and Marisa Gonzales, Julian Miera, Rick and Lorraine Ybarra, Ruben and Marie Ybarra, Bernard Ybarrra, Patricia and Mark Velasquez, Marcella Ybarra, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and nephews.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, February 18, 2024 at 3pm at Pueblo First Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 3910 O’Neal Ave, Pueblo, Colorado 81005.
