Theo Hermain Hipp Hininger, 94, of Olney Springs, Colorado, passed away Friday, July 18, 2025, at Sharmar Village, Pueblo. She was born July 30, 1930, in La Junta, Colorado, a daughter of Aubrey and Dorothy Jones Hipp. Theo graduated from Crowley High School May of 1948 and married Carl Edward Hininger the following June. They had two beloved sons, Lawrence Edward who died at age 5 and Donald Wayne.
Theo described her life as a life lived running - helping raise her much anticipated siblings, Iona (Cathy) and Aubrey Jr (Butch), falling in love with a recently returned WWII soldier (Edward), raising her two sons, working on her home, participating as an active member of the Olney Springs Methodist Church, bowling, traveling all over the United States and Europe and enjoying life in general. Theo also loved spending time with her daughter in law, Twinkle, grand daughters Harmony and Tiffany, great grandchildren, and nieces Sandy, Suzy and Patty Jo.
Theo is preceded in death by her parents Aubrey and Dorothy, son Larry, sister Iona, daughter in law Twinkle, great grandson Tyler and her husband of 74 years, Edward
