Venedicta G. Martinez, 87, passed away Nov. 15, 2021 in Pueblo, CO. She was the widow of Daniel Martinez; they shared 50+ years of marriage. Venedicta was born in Powell, WY on Aug. 13, 1934. She was a member of Teamsters Union, enjoyed crochet, and retired from bus driving in Los Angeles, CA. She was proud of having driven the bus for the Olympics in Los Angles and Salt Lake.
Venedicta is survived by her children Daniel L. Martinez, Denise B. Morgana, and Russell D. Martinez, as well as several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Venedicta will be laid to rest in the Grand Junction Veteran Cemetery with her beloved husband Daniel.
