Zelma joined her husband, Les, to enjoy the rewards of their eternal hunt on November 23, 2021. Zelma and Les shared their passion for fishing and hunting with family and friends who wanted to experience even a bit of the wonder they found in the beautiful Colorado mountains, to which they were always anxious to return. Their special companions Spook and Brodie undoubtedly welcomed Zelma, with tails wagging in anticipation of having her with them once again.

She is dearly missed by her daughter Tanya Frazier, grand children Dee Dee Henson, Gloria Henson and Chris Henson, four great grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren, her siblings William (Sandi) Yalotz Jr and Katelyn Frownfelter, and numerous other family and friends.

Zelma worked diligently toward the advancement of credit unions as an active member of the Pueblo Chapter of the Colorado Association of Credit Unions and Mountain West Credit Union Association, even presenting before congressional committees in Washington DC. In the immediate years following retirement, Zelma continued service to the credit union on the Board of Directors and remained active in local politics, including serving as chair of her precinct.
Zelma’s greatest passions in life were her faith, big game hunting and fishing side by side with her husband and brothers, spending time with her dog Brodie and her special relationship with her grandson Chris.
