She was born in Madison County, Alabama on February 16, 1924, preceded in death by her parents, Ollie B. and Jennie Holt Neely, husband, Archie Henry Salters, son, Billy Joe Salters, stepdaughters, Opal Webb and Carlene Holt, and brother, Jack Holt.
Visitation will be on Sunday, 4-17-16, from 5PM to 8PM at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, 4-18-2016, at 11AM at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home with burial in Pisgah Cemetery.
Survivors are: Sons, Archie Salters of Pulaski, TN, Jim Salters and wife Peggy of Pulaski, TN, Thomas Salters wife Dana of Columbia, TN, Randall Salters of Diana, TN, step son, Grover Salters of Tony, AL, step daughter, Doris Jones of Fayetteville, TN, 6 grandchildren, seven step grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.
