He was born in the Bunker Hill community of Giles County on Tuesday April 9, 1957, son of the late Billy Curtis Sr. and Ethel Lee Pardon Jarratt.
Billy graduated from Beech Hill High school “Class of 1975”. He was an electrician for TVA, as well as a member of The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
A gathering of family and friends will be on Thursday May 11, 2017 from 1 pm till 3pm in the Chapel of Carr & Erwin Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will follow at 3 pm in the Chapel.
Mr. Jarratt is survived by his daughter Tansi (Todd) Quick of Brownsboro, AL., a brother Robert Ed Jarratt of the Bunker Hill Community, and by two grandchildren Allison Quick and Westen Quick both of Brownsboro, Al..
