He was born on February 10, 1932 in Giles County, TN, retired from Murray Ohio, a school bus driver for the Giles County School System, and a retired Police Officer, Alderman and Vice Mayor for the City of Minor Hill. He Served in the US Army during the Korean War, was a member of Puncheon Church of Christ, and was preceded in death by his parents, James Bryan and Lamora Ethel Thomas White, son, Jerry White, brother, James White and sister, Elise Edmundson.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, November 8, 2016, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 9, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home with burial to follow in Minor Hill Cemetery.
Survivors are: wife, Allene White of Minor Hill, TN, daughter, Kathy Martin and Mike of Minor Hill, TN, grandchildren, Josh Malone and Jacob Martin.
