Carl Lavon Hargrove

He was born in Athens, AL on January 17, 1940, his parents were the late James Harlin and Leona Irene Tennison Hargrove, he was preceded in death by two brothers, John Wesley and Michael Hargrove and sister, Etha May Deason.

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 117-A Longwood Drive, SE, Huntsville, AL, 35801.

Visitation will be on Thursday, 2-2-2012, beginning at 4PM until funeral time at 7PM at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home.

Burial will be on Friday, 2-3-2012, at 11AM at the Legg Cemetery.

Survivors are: sons, Kenny Hargrove and wife Kathy of Madison, GA, Keith Hargrove and wife Rhonda of Pulaski, TN, daughters, Connie Thornton and husband Barry of Minor Hill, TN, Carla Melanos and husband Victor of Decatur, AL, Christie Romine of Athens, AL, brothers, Louie Hargrove and wife Pat and Harry Neal Hargrove all of Pulaski, TN, brother in law, Harold Deason of Pulaski, TN, sisters, Frances Scott and husband Tommy, Peggy and Faye Adams, Carolyn Robinson and husband Mickey all of Anderson, AL, 12 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
