Mr. Harris was born January 5, 1951 in Pulaski to Johnny B and Mary Martha Ella McNeese Harris. He was retired from Fafnir and preceded in death by his parents and one sister Dudley Lee.
Visitation will be Wednesday August 28, 2013 from 4 until 8 at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday August 29, 2013 at Carr & Erwin Chapel with interment in Giles Memory Garden.
Memorial contributions may be made to Odd Fellows Hall Church of Christ Scholarship Fund, 1875 Odd Fellows Hall Rd Pulaski, TN 38478.
Survivors include his son John Derick Harris of Pulaski, daughter Kimberly Kay Maultsby and husband Joey of Goodspring, brother Wallace Harris of Old Fellows Hall, partner Marie Kay Montgomery and her children Chad, Dustin and Jessica Montgomery of Anthony Hill, sister Brenda Graves six grandchildren Tristen Denise Beard, Lindsey Harris, Caitlin Harris, Aspyn Nicole Maultsby, Delaney Grace Maultsby, Aniston Fate Maultsby.
