Mrs. Parker was born January 8, 1924 in Bunkum, TN to James Taylor and Era Beatrice Stephens Durham, Sr. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Robert Earl Parker, Sr., brothers James, Vernon and Tommy Durham, sisters Audrey Gill, Pauline Sublett, Ibby and Inez Durham.
Visitation will be Monday January 26, 2015 from 5 until 8 p.m. at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home. Funeral will be 11 a.m. Tuesday January 27, 2015 at Carr & Erwin Chapel with interment in New Shores Cemetery.
Survivors include two sons Bobby Parker and wife Lora of Pulaski, Billy Parker and wife Alice of Leoma, five grandchildren Scottie Parker, Lisa Standish, Dusty Parker, Cindy McCurry, Brian Parker, fourteen great grandchildren, four great great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
