Mr. Mankins was born June 22, 1960 in Webster Springs, West Virginia to David Ray and Edith Virginia Losh Mankins. He worked for Franks Vending and was preceded in death by his father David Ray Mankins and step father Willis Simpson.
Visitation will be Tuesday February 23, 2016 from 4 until 8 pm at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home. Funeral will be 2 pm Wednesday February 24, 2016 at Carr & Erwin Chapel with interment in Giles Memory Garden.
Memorial donations may be made to Highland Baptist Church.
Survivors include his mother Virginia Simpson of Minor Hill, wife Marcia Mankins of Pulaski, son Josh Mankins and wife Jillian of Pulaski, daughter Erin Mankins of Pulaski, granddaughter Adleigh Mankins, father and mother-in-law Harold and Marie Pardon of Pulaski, brother-in-law Edward Pardon and wife Kelly of Elkton, and god son Zed Lee of Decatur, AL.
