Jimmy was born May 27, 1936 in Giles County, TN to Steve and Velma Tankersley Ball. He was retired from Maremont Gabriel and preceded in death by his parents, his wife Linda Angiebell Ball, brother Waylon Ball, and sister Edna Ball.
Graveside service will be 2pm Thursday January 25, 2024 at Mt. Zion Cemetery with interment to follow.
Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
Survivors include Sons Darrel Ball (Dana), Daniel Ball (Stephanie), daughter Darby Terry (Billy) all of Minor Hill, sister Joyce Townsend of Pulaski, seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
