Mr. Payne was born April 14, 1973in Maryville, TN to Plesey and Sara Hurst Payne. He was employed at Mid-South Concrete and was preceded in death by his mother.
Visitation will be 4 to 8 Tuesday February 25, 2014 at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home. Funeral 1 p.m. Wednesday February 26, 2014 at Carr & Erwin Chapel with interment in Diana Cemetery.
Survivors include his father Plessey Payne and his wife Darlene of Maryville, wife Darby Young Payne of Pulaski, sons Trent Payne, Reese Payne and Grant Payne al of Pulaski, daughter Dayle Payne of Madisonville, TN, brother Robert Mallary Payne of Knoxville, sisters Lorna Mallard of Pulaski, Michelle Hodge and husband Eddie of Maryville, Jennifer Cutshaw and husband Shawn of Maryville, and mother-in-law Jennett Young of Pulaski.
