She was born in Frankewing, TN on December 24, 1925, retired from Maremont Gabriel Corp., her parents were the late Malcolm Lee and Mamie Sue McFarland Harwell, she was preceded in death by sister, Larue Green, brothers, William and Andrew Harwell.
Visitation will be on Thursday, 10-23-2014, beginning at 12 Noon until funeral time at 2:00PM at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home, with burial to follow in Maplewood Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
Survivors are: son, Ronald Smith and wife Maggie of Marietta, GA, daughters, Barbara West of Mt. Juliet, TN, Terri Smith of Pulaski, TN, brothers, Davis Harwell of Nashville, TN, John Ed Harwell of Fayetteville, TN, 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
