She was born in Giles County, TN on September 11, 1925, retired nurse, her parents were the late William Earnest and Lola Christopher Vestal, preceded in death by husband, William Avery Howard.
Visitation will be on Friday, 6-20-2014, beginning at 12 noon until funeral time at 2PM, Friday, at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home with burial to follow in Minor Hill Cemetery.
Survivors are: son, Bobby Shelton of Goodspring, TN, daughters, Vickie Wiley and Gwen Scott both of Pulaski, TN, 8 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
