Gary Clingerman was born in Cumberland, Maryland to Mernie and Richard Clingerman on April 10,1943. He graduated from Allegheny High school. Gary was an adoring husband to Judy E. Clingerman (Murphy); a devoted father to Denese and Steve White, Kellie and Pat Cimerola, Todd and Renee Clingerman, and Lisa Clingerman-Berman; a loving grandfather to his fourteen grandchildren; and a cherished “pop pop” to his five great grandchildren.
Gary Clingerman was a veteran of the Vietnam War and served in the Air Force as a Radio Operator. He was awarded with the SAMEM ribbon and the AFGC medal during his service.
Gary Clingerman was always the life of the party and welcoming to everyone he met. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, watching Maryland sports team and horse racing.
