Robert L Moses

He was born May 5, 1935 in New Castle, Pa to the late Anthony J. and Francis (Recheck) Moses.

Robert served in the Air Force during the Korean War, after which time he married the late Theresa Palumbo of New Castle, Pa.

His memory is left to be cherished by his surviving children; Deborah Miloszewski, Roberta (Kirk Thompson) Moses, Theresa (Andrès) deSoto, Robert (Tammy) Moses Jr.; son in law, Michael Frye, grandchildren; Michael (Raven) Swesey, Crystal (Chris) Gage, Danielle (Chad Baylis) Moses, Tiffany (Cory) Babinec, great grandchildren; Jamie Moses, Hailey and Mason Babinec and his dear friends, Andrea Direnzio and Alan Williams.

He was predeceased by his wives Theresa and Emma Moses, daughter; Toni Frye, son in law; Edward Miloszewski and his siblings; David Jerry Moses and Shirley Bradley.

Robert and his second wife Emma were an active part of the Punta Gorda community where they were members of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Punta Gorda Elks, Port Charlotte Moose Club, the Punta Gorda Sailing Association and The Small Boat Club.

Robert was a woodworker and craftsman. He was a strong part of the Punta Gorda community and used his gifts and talents to support local charities.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, August 27th at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Punta Gorda, FL at 11am.

A Memorial Mass will be held at St. John the Baptist Maronite Catholic Church, located at 4 W. Reynolds St. New Castle, PA, 16101 on Thursday, Sept. 19th at 6pm.

In lieu of flowers, family requests donations be made to your local veterans administration.
