It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of William Doody, who passed away on May 15, 2026, at the age of 92.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 27, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Kays-Ponger & Uselton Funeral Home, 635 E. Marion Avenue, Punta Gorda, FL 33950. A brief service will immediately follow and conclude at 11:30 a.m. Committal services will then take place at Sarasota National Cemetery, 9810 State Rd 72, Sarasota, FL 34241 at 1:00 p.m.
