Merrill James Mauck, 85, died January 18, 2011 in Tacoma. He was born October 11, 1925 on Vashon Island. He owned and operated Tiny's Garage in the Proctor District of Tacoma for many years. He is an Army Veteran of WWII, former member of Tacoma Elks, Brookdale Golf Course, St. Ann's Catholic Church and #260 Machinists Union. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Elizabeth, son, Jack (Michelle) Mauck; daughter, Cathy (Steve) Jacobsen; grandchildren, Stephanie Kammerzell, Jonathan (Jennifer) Kammerzell, Jason Owens, Nicole (Dwight) Edmondson, Megan (Ben) Wilson, Joshua Mauck and Jacqueline Nelson and a great granddaughter, Aramelle Edmondson, and his sidekick, Magee.
