Ronald Ishak

Ronald Ishak was born on July 18, 1965, to Sreemati “Sheila” Jewram and Arnold Ishak in #65 Village, Corentyne Berbice, Guyana. He was predeceased by his beloved parents and his youngest brother, Andrew Ishak.

In his early years, Ronald pursued a career in printing, but the role he cherished most was being a devoted grandfather. From the moment his grandchildren were born, he became an essential part of their lives—cooking the most delicious meals, dropping them off and picking them up from school, taking them to practices, and spending countless hours playing with them. Caring for his grandchildren brought him immense joy and purpose.

Ronald leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Rajina; his daughters, Samantha and Amanda; and his adored grandchildren, Aidan, Thomas, Aliya, and Isabella. He is also survived by his siblings Patricia, Neville, Patsy, Dennis, Yvonne, Milton, and Anita, along with a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.

Ronald will be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved him. May he rest in peace.

A visitation will be held at Our Saviour Lutheran Church, located at 90-04 175th Street, Jamaica, NY 11432, on November 28, 2025, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The visitation will also be live-streamed and can be accessed via the Livestream button on the services box down below.

The funeral service will take place at the same venue on November 29, 2025, from 8:30 am to 10:00 am. The service will also be live-streamed and can be accessed via the Livestream button on the services box down below.

Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery, located at 127-15 Kew Gardens Rd, New York, NY 11415, on November 29, 2025, from 11:15 am to 11:45 am.
