Hard to accept, but God will see us through this. 

I will always remember Stephen as the funny kid quick with a joke and a love of music. May we cherish the good times and memories of him forever in our hearts. 

In his youth, Stephen was a longtime member of The Messengers of Jesus Christ, a charismatic youth group for young Haitian Americans. Here, he spent many weekends laughing, sharing and engaging with his fellow group members. Stephen was a bright light to his youth group and in his honor, The Messengers of Jesus Christ have sent his name to the EWTN network to have a mass said in his memory for one year.  May eternal light grant onto him oh Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May his soul rest in peace.

Steph I am so heart broken as are your cousins! They always talk about how much fun they had with you even though you were older. You were a big sweet kid with a smile that could light up a room! I know you were 80% of the reason they went to visit your grandpa, the first question was always will Stephan be home? We love you and will miss you always! Until we meet again I will love and remember my Steph!

Stephan was always smiling and full of love! He was an amazing father and significant other to my daughter. He was a wonderful son to me. His cooking was delightful and he would bring the family together with his love for food and his talent/gift to make the best dishes ever! He was known to so many as Chef Gordo! And a wonderful chef he was. I will miss you tremendously, Son! I love you always!

Stephan's  smile can light up a room and always seemed wise beyond his years, an old soul. Fun, Helpful, Cute and Funny.  A Big "foodie "He loved to eat out.  Countless stories on how he would not eat a home cooked meal but fast food was for the most part , #1.  I will miss his Big Heart and Love of Family.

Stephan you will be missed. My kitchen will never be the same.  Your spirit will always be with us....smiling
