I had the opportunity to train Teddy right after Covid. It was the best I saw him in a long time. We had fun and he always rose to the challenge. Teddy was a fighter so even though he pushed back, he made sure got it done so I couldn’t talk trash. 
You’ll always be with me brother. Rest easy now.

When I married Leon 😎, I knew I was also marrying into everything and everyone that mattered to him—and that meant Ted. Over the years, Ted became more than just Leon’s childhood friend; he became family to me and a godfather to our son.

I will deeply miss the phone calls, the snarky comments that always made me laugh, the sneaker advice, and the way nobody could talk trash quite like him. Ted had a way of making his presence felt in every conversation, and that’s something I’ll always carry with me.

He will be missed—truly, for real, for real.

There are no words to describe the immense pain that anyone who knew you is feeling. You are definitely a real one, confident, comedic relief, and a sarcastic pain all mixed in one. 

One of the things you have taught me is to live fully, live authentically, and to always have hope. Despite whatever you were going through, you never complained, you always had hope, and you were always generous with your time and your advice.

A cousin and a friend, Ted,  you will be immensely missed. We love you so dearly.

The moments we waited for you guys to come over because we knew the adventure our parents were about to take us on… those moments seemed to take forever..  but then FINALLY!  You guys arrived!! We were thrilled! 🕊️🫶🏾

You were always a vibe… laughter surrounded us… happiness was our normal… and jokes were the center of our existence… no matter where we were. Missing you… 💕🕊️

Words can’t describe how much I’m going to miss you. You were such a pivotal part of my childhood, my teenage years, and my early adulthood. Every time we talked, it felt like we were reliving all of our memories in one conversation—reminiscing about the fun, the laughter, and all the little moments that made our bond so special.

From Six Flags, Dorney Park, family outings, and those parties we didn’t even want to go to but still managed to have fun at because we had each other—there was never a dull moment. We always had jokes. I’ll never forget the summer of ’95, when Marsha and Veronica made room for their friends and tossed us in the trunk—we still laughed and made the best of it. That’s who we were.

You were that best friend, cousin, rider, and partner in everything. Endless summer nights riding bikes through East Orange, not caring what kind of trouble we’d get into—you made those memories unforgettable.

Ted, you will truly be missed. I know you’re in a better place, free from suffering, and that gives me peace. But you’ll always live in my heart, and no one—absolutely no one—can ever replace you. I love you.

And by the way… I know I’m still your favorite cousin. Say what you want.
