Ulric Ferdinand Billouin was the epitome of perseverance . A outstanding family man and provider that migrated to New York from Trinidad and Tobago in the early 1970’s. A gentleman of great strength that successfully fought cancer in the past and eventually lost his life due to complications from that disease . While it weaken him physically- his great spirit and attitude of perseverance continues to live on through our memories…
He will be remembered for his kind heart , no-nonsense attitude, and comical sense of humor that enabled him to overcome many challenges throughout his life, build strong relationships, and provide a lasting legacy that will continue even after his ascension into heaven.
