Frank was a husband, brother, father, uncle, grandfather and friend, who touched the lives of those around him.
Frank loved the sea and the harbor. He would take his children to the beach and treat them to ice cream. He enjoyed being outdoors and had a green thumb. He grew vegetables and tended to his plants. Frank was a talented chef who worked at Chinese restaurants majority of his life. Though he worked long hours, he always found a way to make time for his family. Nothing was more important to him than his family - whether it be his own, his siblings family or his in-laws. Family was his passion in life.
