

Born in Malin Head, Donegal, Ireland, he was the son of the late Philip and Mary Ann (Doherty) Logue. He worked in Scotland for a few years before moving to the United States. Once in the States, he put himself through school to become an engineer, a field he continued to work in until retirement. He was an avid gardener and grew a bountiful vegetable garden; sharing his crop with many friends and family. In his spare time, he enjoyed taking walks by the ocean, particularly Wollaston Beach and Castle Island. He often frequented The Irish Pub in Quincy, enjoying the company of friends and the craic over the years.
He was the beloved father of Mary Logue of Douglas, John Logue of Walpole and Michael Logue and his wife Trisha of Missouri. He was the cherished Papa of Elizabeth, Amanda, John, Virginia and Mollie. Former husband of the late Elizabeth (Gardiner) Logue.
Loving brother of Patrick Logue, Gerald Logue, Kieran Logue, Peter Logue, Mary Maloney and the late James Logue and Michael Logue. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A visitation will take place Friday, July 22, 2022 from 10 AM-12 Noon at Deware Funeral Home, 576 Hancock Street, Quincy. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
