Mrs. Cornelia Adams,88, of 5301 Arabia Road passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at her home. Mrs. Adams was born March 4, 1923 in Hoke County, NC, to the late James and Carrie McFadyen McKenzie. She was a member of Raeford Evangelical Methodist Church. She is survived by one son; Terry McInnis and his wife Kim of Wilmington, one daughter; Carolyn R. Taylor and her husband Millard of Raeford; step-son,; Harley Adams Jr. And his wife Debbie of Raeford, six grand children; Elizabeth Lovick and her husband Joe; Robert Guy McInnis; Harris McInnis; Lawson McInnis, Jennifer Schrimpf and her husband Brandon , Pam Wood ; five great- grandchildren; Cameron Boggs; Alijah Boggs; Nathan Lovick; Giovonni Lovick; Julianna Schrimpf. Visitation will be at the home at 5301 Arabia Road, Raeford, NC. A graveside service will be held 11:00 a. m. Saturday, August 13, 2011 at the Raeford Cemetery. Officiating will be Reverend Billy Joe Brady. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to, Hospice Foundation of Hoke County, PO Box 1584, Raeford, NC 28376.
