Mr. David Shepard of Raeford died Friday, March 14, 2014 at the age of 64. Mr. Shepard was born in Richmond County on March 18, 1949 to Jasper Shepard and Glennie Williams Hoffman. He retired from Unilever after 27 years of service. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife, Patricia Shepard of Raeford; his son, Mark Shepard (Wendy) of Fayetteville; his daughters, Yvonne S. Hatcher (Michael) of Shallotte, Naomi Shepard of Raeford; his sister Jean Garrison (Benford) of Rockingham; 5 grandchildren, Drew, Christopher, Leianna, Katherine, and Breanna; 1 expected grandchild, Hayden Visitation will be 4:00 until 5:00 p.m. Monday, March 17, 2014 at Crumpler Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will begin at 5:00 p.m. Monday, March 14, 2014 at Crumpler Funeral Home Chapel with Gerald Oldham officiating.
