Mr. Edward Samuel (Ed) Thomas of Raeford passed away on Saturday, February 5, 2022, at Cape Fear Hoke Campus at the age of 71.
Mr. Thomas was preceded in death by his son Joseph (Bubba) Arwood. He retired from the US Army in the early ’90s.
He is survived by his wife, Joanna Thomas of Raeford, NC, three daughters Christy Arwood of Fayetteville, NC, Cindy Manning of Fayetteville, NC and Jamie Kornahrens and her husband Reb of Durham, NC, six grandchildren Daniel Vazquez, Mia Manning, Kayden Dockery, and Josen Kornahrens, two sisters.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
