Dateline: Shannon, NC Mr. Jack Lee Reed of 10851 Rennert Road, died Sunday, February 22, 2015 at the age of 75. Mr. Reed was born in Raleigh County, WV on August 2, 1939, to the late Ray Edward Reed and Della Mae Bradford Reed Survivors are his wife of 53 years, Eiler McMillian Reed of the home; four sons, Ricky W. Reed (Sue) of Shannon, Mickey L. Reed of Charlotte, Anthony (Tony) E. Reed (Cynthia) of Kansas City, KS, and Michael A. Reed (Tammie) of the home; a daughter, Wanona Ann Reed of Fayetteville; six grandchildren, Serena, Ronnie, Tony Jr., Cheyenne, Mikey and Lynn; five great grandchildren, Sequoyah, Kayon, Isabella, Hayden and Nikko; one step grandson, Alex Locklear; and one step great grandson A.J. Locklear Visitation will be held from 1:00 until 2:00 pm on Thursday, February 26, 2015 at Zion Hill Baptist Church. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 pm on Thursday, February 26, 2015 at Zion Hill Baptist Church in Rennert. Burial will be in the church Cemetery Funeral arrangements are being handled by Crumpler Funeral Home of Red Springs.
