Kathy was born in Hoke County on April 11, 1948, to the late Samuel Brown Hendrix and Anna Mae Webb Hendrix. She was preceded in death by her husband Earl Keisler, a brother Brown Hendrix Jr., and a niece Nicole Hendrix. Kathy was a member of Sandy Grove United Methodist Church and played the piano for Raeford Evangelical Methodist Church. She retired from Arabia Golf Club.
She is survived by two sisters Patsy Russell Gaudet and her husband Jerry of Charlotte, NC, and Martha Ann Hendrix-Beal and her husband Phillip of Raeford, and a brother David Hendrix and his wife Peggy of Wagram, NC. Several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
A private memorial service will be held later.
