Marguerite Norris Vivian

Dateline: Pinehurst Mrs. Marguerite Norris Vivian of Pinehurst, formerly of Raeford, died Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at Fox Hollow Senior Living at the age of 97. Mrs. Vivian was born August 11, 1917 in Hoke Co. to the late Rembert Williamson and Bertha Burney Williamson. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Richard Alton Norris and William W. Vivian. She was a member of the Raeford United Methodist Church and a lifetime member of the United Methodist Women. She retired from the civil service with 35 years of service as an Administrative officer of US Army Communication Command Agency. Mrs. Vivian is survived by her daughter Kitzy N. Bundy and her husband Franklin of Southern Pines; 2 grandchildren Richard Jones of Winnabow, NC; Ashley Posey and her husband Mark of Raeford, and one great granddaughter Savannah P. Starling and her husband Dustin of Lumber Bridge, NC. Visitation will be 1-2pm Friday, November 14, 2014 at Raeford United Methodist Church. Funeral services will be held 2pm Friday, November 14, 2014 at Raeford United Methodist Church with Reverend Stephen Castle officiating. Interment will be in Highland Biblical Gardens.
