Mr. Bullard was born on February 2, 1946. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sarah Ann Bullard, his formal wife and mother of his children Deborah Bullard and his sister Geneva Bullard Edens.
Mr. Bullard was the operator of G & A Electrical Company before he retired.
He is survived by two sons, Edward (Eddie) Bullard and his wife Joyce of Raeford, NC, and Bryan Bullard of Raeford, NC, four grandchildren Kyle Davis, Deanna Bullard, and her husband Weston, Tyler Bullard and his wife Carmella, and Cody Bullard, one great-granddaughter, Paisley Douglas, a sister Leer Pittman and her husband Dewey of Laurinburg, NC
Visitation will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 pm Monday, January 31, 2022, at Crumpler Funeral Home, 131 Harris Avenue, Raeford, NC
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at Crumpler Funeral Home Chapel in Raeford, NC with Pastor Gerald Oldham officiating.
Burial will be in the Raeford Cemetery
