Robert James Guin

Mr. Robert James Guin of Raeford passed away peacefully on Friday, September 11, 2020 at the age of 75.Robert was born in Hoke County on April 16, 1945, to the late John Lacy Guin and Mary Thelma Bristow Guin. He was preceded in death by siblings, Leonard Guin, Betty Guin, Margaret Saunders, Lessie Duncan, Clara Kiger, Roy Guin, Neil Guin, Johnny Ray Guin, Shirley Guin Smith and Rosa Lee Johnson.He is survived by three daughters, Wendy Fabian and her husband Allan, Cindy Baxley and her husband John, and Betty Baxley and her husband William all of Raeford; four grandchildren Megan (Jason), Austin, Ethan and Gigi; six great grandchildren Tyler, Hunter, Emma, Dakota, Madison and Skylar; a great, great granddaughter Everly: a sister Esther Harris and her husband Bob of Raeford. Several nieces and nephews.Visitation will be held from 2:00 until 3:00 pm Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at Hillcrest Baptist Church and at other times the home of Cindy and John Baxley, 110 Hazel Lane, RaefordA memorial service will be held 3:00 pm Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at Hillcrest Baptist Church with Pastor Toby Neal officiating.A private graveside services will be held at the Raeford Cemetery.
