Robert was born in Hoke County on August 3, 1952, to the late Jesse Rowan Lee and Hannah McMillan Lee. He owned and operated Hoke Timber Company. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and horses.
He is survived by his son Robert (Rob) Lee of Virginia Beach, VA, three sisters, Laura Edmundson of Elizabethton, TN, Doris Lee of Cary, NC and Sibyl Ringsdorf of Pinehurst, NC.
A celebration Of Life will be held this Fall. Family and friends will be notified.
