Mr. Thomas Howell Kennedy of 194 Swain Avenue, died Monday, November 7, 2011 in his home at the age of 55. Mr. Kennedy was born in Sampson County on January 18, 1956 to the late J. R. Kennedy and Myrtle Howell Kennedy. His profession was carpentry and custom cabinets. Survivors include two sons, Jason Kennedy and Joey Kennedy, both of Wilmington, NC; a brother, Jimmy Kennedy and wife Donna of SC; and a sister, Susan Johnson and husband Jamie of Hickory, NC.
